ChildIndices is null?

Attempting to navigate down the grid yields "ChildIndices is null or not an object".

Anyone ever encountered this? Know of a work-around?

I'm concerned; I'm using this grid within a SharePoint web part, and I wonder if something about this environment might be causing this error.
