Row highlighting of 3 grids

I have 3 instances of grids which all represent one big grid. Say that the user has their mouse over the first row of one of the grids....how would I go about highlighting the first row of all three grids during this time?

Maybe using onRowMouseOver, onRowMouseOut events -
