grid headers downloading pictures

When the grid loads, it seems to load the image grid.png once for each column header. It also loads the image when you mouse over a column header. This consumes a lot of time if you have a lot of columns. (55 in my case).

this means either your browser has the cache disabled or your webserver is configured to disable client-side caching. Normally if the image had been loaded once it should not be requested from the server next time. For this purpose it helps to 'preload' grid.png before you create the grid the first time.
