How to hide the row label

How do I hide the row labels, entirely? I want column headings, but not row "headings".

By default they are hidden. You have to set them on if you want to see them. The examples that are provided in the QuickRef directory (the grid.htm demo) will show you how to turn them on/off and how to set the width of them etc. To set it visible you have to call obj.setSelectorVisible(true);

I must apologize, it looks like you are using 1.0 but posted the question under the 2.0 category. The solution above is for 2.0. i am not aware of how to do it in 1.0 but I bet that if you search the forum you will find this discussed many times in the past.

I have yet to figure out how to get to any 1.0 forum - don't see it. No matter, I downloaded 2.0 beta and am trying it out. Got my row headers hidden now. woo hoo! Just curious how you could even tell what version I was using? I never said.

I assumed 1.0 because you posted the message as a comment to /active.controls.grid/row-model.html which is 1.0 (you can tell because it's Active.Controls.Grid not AW.UI.Grid)
