checkboxes problem after sorting

I used the checkbox template from the post (Checkbox template of my dream ;-) Sudhaker Raj ) . But with this, After sorting checkboxes are going to inital state. Could anyone give a advice to me on this , how to recheck the checkboxes dynamically with the script basing which are checked earlier after soring.
