Automation server cannot create object

Hi, I'm having problems with the grid in MSIE 6.0 XP/SP2. I get an error in grid.js and a message: "Automation server cannot create object". This happens when I try to load data using XML. This was not causing error before. I updated to 1.0.2 and it's the same problem. Any help please?.

I tested in another MSIE and it worked, so the error only happens in certain MSIE's
