HyperLink needed in the Row header

My Row headers have a name values and I need a hyperlink on that. I referred to the earlier threads and was able to provide the sort and highlight feature on the row header. Now my reqt is to provide a link on the row header name values and on click of the same I need to send a hidden id. How can I accomplish this? please help me as I am stuck with this problem for the past two days.
