Can a column be pinned-up - (made not to move), in the grid ?

Can a column be pinned-up - (made not to move), in the grid ?

We would like the feature if the coulmn could be pinned, so that while scrolling on a row to the right side, the main columns are still pinned so that we know what rows are for that record.
