Resize columns of two Grids simultaneously

Hi All,

I have two gird one just above the other. The topmost grid contains only one row and is basically used to enter search criteria. The bottom-most grid is used to display results. When I resize the columns of the topmost grid I should be above to resize the columns of the lower grid. How do I achive this behavour.
