right column width

i know lots of people were discussing this but i couldnt find a solid solution...

Is there a way to autosize the rightmost column to fill the extra space in the grid and essentially remove the ghost column that is put there.

*On my other girds i would just resize the grid but on this one the last column of data is very long and multi-line so any extra width i can get out of it would be great.

How did you guys fix this problem?

Sorry, maybe I don't understand where the problem is, but you can just calculate the desired width and assign it with setColumnWidth() call.
