link only works if shift key is held down

using cell link template, link works if the shift key is held down when I click, otherwise nothing happens. anyone any ideas on this?

found the problem, it's a bug. If you have the following chosen in the code, the link doesn't work:
obj.setSelectionMode("multi-row");  Anyone any ideas on a work-around?
