Can we provide search functionality in grid

Hi
I assigned a dataset to grid with 1000 records in it. Now i want to see the text "Account1" in grid. i dont know where it is in grid. So dragining scroll bar until it seems is some what hard for me. Can we get it with a search option. Any ideas..?

Grid html contains only visible rows in virtual mode, so you have to search through the dataset and not page html. After the cell/row containing the data is found you should make it current (setCurrentRow) and the grid will scroll to make it visible.
