Is ActiveWidgets for me?
I want to load xml data from file, page it based on a field in the xml file (funny enough named page), edit certain fields in-line and save the data back to xml (preferrably the same xml file). Will this product do it? I have searched far and wide.

Could be done, but not 'out-of-the-box'. AW grid currently does not support paging. Instead you can use 'virtual scrolling' feature, where the grid paints only the visible rows and replaces them when you scroll up/down. Saving back to xml also requires some coding.

Thanx for the reply.
Still a great tool.
Solved issue by using php function to return number of pages and subsequent page buttons at bottom. Php used to load data dynamically based on page number. Works great!
