Possible to hide extra added column at the end?

Hi,

Is there a way to hide or prevent the extra column from appearing at the end (which seems to happen by default)? In my grid that runs only 3 columns wide, there seems to be a column added on that has the same border-bottom-color, but extends only a few pixels and then stops, so the rest of the grid doesn't finish with the border-bottom-color.
